HERMETEK handles transit trade in industrial machinery, electrical and electronic products, lighting, spare parts and building materials. We buy the goods in the country where they are made and deliver them straight to your country, without bringing them into Türkiye.

One transit deal, three stages
Sourcing
We identify the manufacturer or stockist that matches the model, standard and quantity in your request, and put price, lead time and technical compliance in writing. Our quotation is based on the real terms of a real supplier.
Management
Purchase and sales contracts, letter of credit or documentary collection, insurance and shipping documents are all handled from a single desk. Both sides deal with a single counterparty.
Delivery
Loading takes place in the supplier's country, and the goods reach the destination port, airport or the buyer's door without passing through Türkiye. Where needed, transshipment via a free zone or bonded warehouse is arranged.

Why transit trade
Goods travel directly from the supplier's country to the buyer's country. Intermediate storage and a second sea voyage are eliminated.
The buyer does not have to deal separately with manufacturers in different countries. Contracts, payment and documents all run through HERMETEK.
Letter of credit, documentary collection, or advance and balance structures can be set up separately on the purchase and sales sides.
Invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin and packing list are prepared consistently. A single error in a document can hold up both payment and customs.
