Electronic components and semiconductors

Overview

This group covers microcontrollers, memory and power ICs; semiconductors such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, thyristors and LEDs; ceramic, electrolytic and film capacitors; resistors, inductors and small transformers; printed circuit boards; connectors; and electron tubes for special applications. We handle both large reel quantities for series production and small-quantity orders for maintenance. The main buyers in this group are electronic board manufacturers, EMS and assembly companies, automation and power equipment manufacturers, maintenance and repair workshops, and component distributors.

Requests are evaluated using the manufacturer part number, package type, tolerance, temperature range and compliance information such as RoHS. For obsolete or long-lead-time parts, alternatives are proposed based on datasheet comparison. Before shipment, labels, lot and date codes, quantities and packaging integrity are checked; if requested, authenticity testing can be arranged at an independent laboratory. Moisture-sensitive parts are shipped in ESD-protected, vacuum-sealed packaging, usually by air freight or courier directly to the buyer.

What we check before loading

• Part number and datasheet

  Manufacturer part number, package type, value, tolerance and temperature range are compared with the datasheet and matched to the order.

• Lot and date code

  Lot and date codes on the labels are recorded, and if the buyer has a date code requirement, compliance is checked before shipment.

• Authenticity check

  A visual inspection is performed and, if requested, authenticity is verified at an independent laboratory by X-ray, decapsulation or electrical testing.

• ESD and moisture protection

  Reel, tube or tray packaging, ESD bags, humidity indicator cards and desiccants are checked, and moisture-sensitive parts are packed according to their MSL level.

Codes are for guidance only. Final classification is made for each shipment based on the product's technical specifications and the tariff schedule of the country concerned.
