Overview

This group covers IT hardware, office machines and stationery used in office, education and retail settings. Laptops and desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice and computer parts, printers and photocopiers, calculators and cash registers, USB flash drives, SSDs and memory cards, ballpoint and fountain pens, pencils and pastels, notebooks and diaries are supplied on request. Main buyers are IT distributors, system integrators, corporate and public tender contractors, and stationery wholesalers and retailers.

For IT products, the processor, memory, storage, display, keyboard language, operating system license and warranty terms are compared with the order configuration. Plugs, voltage and certification marks are checked for suitability in the buyer's country. For stationery, paper weight (g/m²), page count and print quality are verified against the sample. Before loading, serial numbers, quantities and packaging are checked. The goods are shipped from the manufacturer's or stockist's country to the buyer's country without entering Türkiye, while documents and payments are managed from Istanbul.

What we check before loading

• Configuration match

  We check the processor, memory, storage, display, keyboard language and operating system license against the order list, serial number by serial number.

• Electrical and certification

  We verify that the adapter, plug type, voltage range and marks such as CE and FCC match the conformity documents required by the buyer's country.

• Warranty and origin

  Using supplier documents, we confirm whether the manufacturer's warranty is valid in the buyer's country and that the products are new and in original packaging.

• Stationery quality

  We check paper weight (g/m²), page count, binding, ink and tip quality on samples and verify pack quantities.
