Building materials, ceramics and insulation

Overview

This group covers materials used in building construction, from the structural shell to finishing work. Bagged and bulk cement, bricks and roof tiles, ceramic floor and wall tiles, sanitary ware such as washbasins, toilets and bathtubs, stone wool and glass wool, XPS and EPS boards, bituminous waterproofing membranes, and processed marble and natural stone are supplied on request. Our main buyers are contractors, DIY and home improvement chains, building materials wholesalers, importers and property developers.

The dimensions, grades and performance values in the project specification are compared against the manufacturer's technical data sheet. For ceramics, size, thickness, surface finish, abrasion class and batch number are checked; for insulation, density, thermal conductivity and fire class. Before loading, pallet, packaging and quantity checks are carried out, and the stacking arrangement of fragile products is documented with photographs. Container, bulk or truck options are considered for heavy and bulky loads, and the goods are shipped to the buyer's country without entering Türkiye.

What we check before loading

• Technical values

  We check cement grade, ceramic abrasion and water absorption, and insulation thermal conductivity and fire class against EN standards using test reports.

• Size, shade and batch

  For ceramics and natural stone, we check size, thickness, color shade and batch number, and make sure goods for the same project come from a single batch.

• Packaging and stacking

  Before loading, we check pallet strength, corner protection, stretch wrapping and strapping, and the stacking arrangement of fragile products, with photographs.

• Quantity and weight

  We compare square meters, pieces, tonnes and pallet count against the order and loading list, and prepare a loading plan within container weight limits.
