Hardware, fasteners and hand tools

Overview

This group covers fasteners, hand tools and hardware used in construction, industry, furniture and maintenance work. Screws, bolts, nuts and washers, nails, pliers, pincers, shears and files, open-end, ring and socket wrenches, padlocks and mortise locks, hinges and door/furniture hardware are supplied on request. Our main buyers are hardware wholesalers, DIY stores, importers, furniture and door manufacturers, and industrial maintenance businesses.

For fasteners, orders are defined by DIN, ISO or ANSI standard number, size, property class and coating type. For hand tools, material, hardness and surface treatment are checked. Samples and material certificates are requested from the manufacturer, and dimensional, quantity, box label and coating checks are carried out before loading. Multi-item orders can be consolidated by box and pallet and shipped in a single container. The goods are shipped from the country of manufacture to the buyer's country without entering Türkiye.

What we check before loading

• Standard and dimensions

  We check the DIN, ISO or ANSI standard number and dimensions such as thread pitch, length and diameter against the order, using samples and gauges.

• Property class and material

  We verify with documents the strength class of bolts such as 8.8 or 10.9, the A2/A4 material grade for stainless steel, and the hardness of hand tools.

• Coating and corrosion

  We check the type and thickness of zinc, hot-dip galvanized or other coatings, together with a salt spray test report if requested.

• Packaging and labeling

  Before loading, we check with photographs that the quantity per box, label information, barcode and pallet arrangement match the order.

Codes are for guidance only. Final classification is made for each shipment based on the product's technical specifications and the tariff schedule of the country concerned.
