Textile finishing machinery
We purchase stenters, sanforizers, dyeing, washing, hydro-extracting and opening machines used in knitted and woven fabric finishing, together with their control panels and motors, from manufacturers and ship them directly to the buyer's factory.
Overview
This group covers stenters (tentering and drying), sanforizing and compactor machines, fabric dyeing and washing machines, dryers, fabric turning machines, wet and dry opening machines, and centrifugal hydro-extractors. Auxiliary equipment and spare parts for these lines, such as control panels, electric motors, rollers, chains, pin plates and burners, are also supplied. Dye houses, knitted and woven fabric manufacturers, commission finishing plants and textile machinery dealers are the main buyers in this group.
During sourcing, fabric type, working width, speed, capacity, heating type (natural gas, thermal oil or steam) and energy consumption are evaluated against the buyer's line. For used machines, year of manufacture, operating condition and a list of missing parts are checked before loading; for new machines, a factory acceptance test can be requested. Dismantling, part numbering and packing are planned, and the machine is shipped directly to the buyer's country by container or flat rack, with installation documents sent along with the shipment.

What we check before loading
Working width and capacity
Working width, speed, capacity and suitability for the fabric type are verified against the buyer's production plan.
Heating and energy
Heating system type, burner or heat exchanger capacity, supply voltage and motor ratings are checked against the buyer facility's infrastructure.
Condition and missing parts
For used machines, year of manufacture, operating condition and missing parts are documented in a photo report; for new machines, an acceptance test can be requested.
Dismantling and numbering
On lines that require dismantling, parts are numbered, cables are labeled and everything is entered in the packing list to make reassembly easier.

Packaging and transport
Machines are dismantled, numbered and packed in crates, on skids or in stretch film, and transported in 40' HC containers, on flat racks or by truck.
